摘要

We investigate the asymmetric Kondo splitting resonance in the Ni/Co/Cu(100) system. The DFT calculations give the ground-state geometric and electronic structures of the Ni/Co/Cu(100) system. In our theoretical research, the unbalance between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic coupling with impurity Co for Ni tip, which gives rise to the resonance to split into two asymmetric peaks. A quantitative analysis of the system using the combined density functional theory and hierarchical equations of motion approach (DFT+HEOM) may help to realize more fascinating quantum system.
