摘要

星狀乳糖酰胺季銨鹽表面活性劑的合成 石秀芳,張二壯,符峰,智麗飛* 太原科技大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物工程學(xué)院,山西太原,030024 *E-mail: lifeizhi@yeah.net 隨著人們對(duì)產(chǎn)品的生物降解性,無(wú)毒和生物相容性的需求,糖基表面活性劑被廣泛使用在洗滌劑、化妝品和個(gè)人護(hù)理等產(chǎn)品中,且在生物醫(yī)學(xué)、制藥和生物化學(xué)等方面有著潛在的應(yīng)用前景。星狀表面活性劑的結(jié)構(gòu)接近于球形,結(jié)晶性小,溶解性能好,末端可導(dǎo)入一些功能性基團(tuán),容易根據(jù)不同目的對(duì)表面的官能團(tuán)進(jìn)行改性。把糖基引入季銨鹽表面活性劑分子結(jié)構(gòu)中,可能改善其刺激性,生物降解性,水溶性和配伍性等問題。星狀乳糖酰胺季銨鹽表面活性劑作為新型表面活性劑具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文以乳糖酸、N,N-雙(3-氨基丙基)十二烷基胺和溴代烷為原料,采用先胺酯反應(yīng),后季銨化兩步法設(shè)計(jì)合成出系列星狀乳糖酰胺季銨鹽表面活性劑(N-十二烷基-N,N-雙[(3-乳糖酰胺)丙基]-N-烷基溴化胺,CnDBLB,n=12,14,16)。利用紅外光譜(IR)和核磁共振氫譜(1H-NMR)對(duì)產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了鑒定(圖1),結(jié)果表示已經(jīng)成功制備出星狀乳糖酰胺季銨鹽表面活性劑(CnDBLB),此合成方法具有制備工藝簡(jiǎn)捷、反應(yīng)條件溫和、選擇性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 Fig. 1 1H-NMR chart of C12DBLB 關(guān)鍵詞:乳糖酸;星狀;表面活性劑 參考文獻(xiàn) [1]Yoshimura T., Kusano T., Iwase H.. The structure of the star-shaped surfactant is close to spherical, with low crystallinity and good solubility. Some functional groups can be introduced at the end, and it is easy to modify the functional groups on the surface according to different purposes. Introducing sugar groups into the molecular structure of quaternary ammonium salt surfactants may improve its irritation, biodegradability, water solubility and compatibility issues. Star-shaped lactosamide quaternary ammonium salt surfactant has broad application prospects as a new type of surfactant. In this paper, lactobionic acid, N, N-bis(3-aminopropyl) dodecylamine and bromoalkane are used as raw materials, and a series of star-shaped lactosamide quaternary quaternary products are designed and synthesized by a two-step method of amine ester reaction followed by quaternization. Ammonium salt surfactant (N-dodecyl-N, N-bis[(3-lactamide) propyl]-N-alkylamine bromide, CnDBLB, n=12,14,16). The structure of the product was identified by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR) (Fig. 1). The results indicate that the star-shaped lactosamide quaternary ammonium salt surfactant (CnDBLB) has been successfully prepared. This synthesis method it has the advantages of simple preparation process, mild reaction conditions and high selectivity. Keywords: lactobionic acid; star shape; surfactant
