摘要
While diabetes is a widespread epidemic underlying disease, hyperglycemia is due to a defect in insulin secretion or impairment of its biological action, accompanied by other metabolic dysfunctions. It is accompanied by complications. It leads to dysfunction of various tissues, especially the eyes, kidneys, heart, and blood vessels.Monitoring blood glucose levels alone is not sufficient to predict a person's risk of developing diabetes. Several markers have been discovered to predict the risk of diabetes, the diagnosis is limited to traditional electrochemical analysis and immunoassay. Meanwhile, these methods are complex, time consuming and in many cases lack specificity. It is in this context. The emergence of spectroscopic-based analysis has investigated the importance of terahertz sensing rapid detection strategies for clinical diagnosis. Terahertz sensors have the advantages of miniaturization, nondestructiveness, low energy, fast response and high specificity. We propose terahertz biosensors for the rapid detection of diabetes, and These properties are combined with functionalized modifications as advantages, while a combination of simulation analysis and actual detection was performed, with a detection rate improved by at least 100-fold and a lower detection line of 10 pg/mL. offer promise for the detection of diabetic biomarkers.
