摘要
隨著可穿戴電子行業(yè)的不斷創(chuàng)新,柔性鋅離子電池(FZIBs)因其低成本和高安全性的優(yōu)勢,在可穿戴電子產(chǎn)品和便攜式設(shè)備的研究中備受關(guān)注。在這項工作中,我們開發(fā)了一種基于皮革的新型凝膠電解質(zhì)(LGE),具有高離子傳導(dǎo)性、良好的柔韌性和高穩(wěn)定性,用于柔性鋅離子電池。在室溫下,該電解質(zhì)的離子電導(dǎo)率為1.36×10-2 S cm-1,在柔性鋅-二氧化錳電池中可實現(xiàn)303.7 mA h g-1的高比容量。不僅如此,由該電解質(zhì)組裝的電池在經(jīng)過切割、彎曲或錘擊后,單位容量仍能保持原有的84.2%、105%或98.9%,具有出色的抗損傷能力。在壓縮和拉伸等形變測試中,電解質(zhì)表現(xiàn)出了良好的形變能力和可壓縮性,并在不斷變化的形狀和尺寸下保持其穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明,該皮革基凝膠電解質(zhì)是開發(fā)用于柔性可穿戴鋅離子電池的有前途的候選者。 With the continuous innovation of the wearable electronics industry, flexible Zn-ion batteries (FZIBs) have attracted much attention in the research of wearable electronics and portable devices due to their advantages of low cost and high safety. In this work, we developed a novel leather-based gel electrolyte (LGE) with high ionic conductivity, good flexibility, and high stability for flexible Zn-ion batteries. At room temperature, the ionic conductivity of this electrolyte is 1.36×10-2 S cm-1, and a high specific capacity of 303.7 mA h g-1 can be achieved in a flexible Zn-MnO2 battery. Moreover, the battery assembled with this electrolyte can still maintain 84.2%, 105% or 98.9% of the original unit capacity after being damaged by cutting, bending or hammering, and has excellent damage resistance. In deformation tests such as compression and tension, the electrolyte exhibits excellent deformability and compressibility, and maintains its stability under changing shapes and sizes. The results suggest that the developed leather-based gel electrolyte is a promising candidate for flexible and wearable Zn-ion batteries.
