有機(jī)合成化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)

主要業(yè)績

申請人雷曉光教授在有機(jī)合成化學(xué)領(lǐng)域具有特長,同時(shí)也能夠開展高水平的化學(xué)生物學(xué)與創(chuàng)新藥物研究工作,其代表性學(xué)術(shù)成果充分體現(xiàn)了他在化學(xué)與生物醫(yī)學(xué)交叉研究領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢和創(chuàng)新精神。獨(dú)立工作以來,他在活性天然產(chǎn)物全合成以及細(xì)胞死亡的化學(xué)生物學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域取得了一系列標(biāo)志性成果,達(dá)到了國際領(lǐng)先水平,得到了國內(nèi)外合成化學(xué)家以及化學(xué)生物學(xué)家的普遍認(rèn)同。他已經(jīng)完成了近80個(gè)復(fù)雜天然產(chǎn)物分子的高效全合成,其中超過50個(gè)全合成是在國際上報(bào)道的首次全合成。他還進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)地利用多個(gè)天然產(chǎn)物分子探針開展深入的化學(xué)生物學(xué)研究,揭示出一系列調(diào)控程序性細(xì)胞死亡的新的藥物靶點(diǎn)和生物作用機(jī)制,為創(chuàng)新型抗炎、抗腫瘤藥物、以及抗生素的開發(fā)提供了有效的天然產(chǎn)物藥物先導(dǎo)。他目前作為通訊作者已經(jīng)在Cell,Nature Chemistry, Nature Chemical Biology,Chem, PNAS, JACS等高水平學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文90余篇,獲得與創(chuàng)新藥物相關(guān)的中國、美國、歐盟等發(fā)明專利授權(quán)10余項(xiàng),包括有兩個(gè)創(chuàng)新型候選藥物分子實(shí)現(xiàn)了科研轉(zhuǎn)化。他已經(jīng)獲得了18項(xiàng)國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)榮譽(yù),包括:國家杰青,青年拔尖人才,中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才等。他曾榮獲2017 Tetrahedron Young Investigator Award(四面體青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng))。這是中國科學(xué)家首次在生物有機(jī)化學(xué)與藥物化學(xué)領(lǐng)域獲得該重要國際學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
