從事無機化學相關的教學科研工作。主持國家自然科學基金2項,山東省優(yōu)青1項,山東省優(yōu)秀青年創(chuàng)新團隊1項,山東省自然科學基金2項。以第一/通訊作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Small等重要學術期刊發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇,參編學術專著2部。
